Our Policies

Early is Best!

We appreciate when our guests arrive on time and by “on time”, we mean early! To get the most out of your appointment, please arrive at least 5 minutes early so you can begin your treatment on time. For those who are new to Fahrenheit Body Spas, please arrive 15 minutes early so you can fill out the required forms and go over any questions you may have. For those who arrive late, we may not be able to honor the full appointment length in order to remain on schedule for subsequent guests. Discounts cannot be given for treatments that are cut short due to the guest arriving late.

Reservations and Cancellations

At Fahrenheit Body Spas, we require a credit card for all treatments that require a therapist or spa technician. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in which we will charge a client for their full treatment price if they do not show up for their treatment or cancel within 24 hours prior to the appointment start time.

It is always best to book appointments online or over the phone ahead of time, especially for services that require a therapist or spa technician. However, you might get lucky with walk-ins if the treatment is available at that time. Whole Body Cryotherapy is the only appointment that is always available for walk-ins. Due to the limited amount of space in our Salt Therapy Sessions, it is highly recommended that you sign up online or over the phone to reserve yourself a chair.

Age Requirements

Spa guests must be 13 years of age or older. Guests ages 13-17 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to be left unattended by their parent or guardian. For those seeking treatments for guests under 13 years old, please speak to a manager before booking.

Quiet, Please

To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests, please keep voices low and silence your cell phones and electronic devices upon arrival. This is truly appreciated.

Returns or Exchanges

In the event that you purchase a product that you find to be defective, we will exchange it within 14 days of the purchase date, provided a receipt is presented. We cannot provide cash refunds but will give a spa credit to be used towards any other products or services.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the front desk, by phone at 970-315-1234, or here on our website under the Gift Cards tab. If you’d like, we can even mail them to you! All gift certificates expire one year after the purchase date. If guests plan to use a gift certificate for payment, they must provide the certificate number before the treatment takes place.  The value on a certificate that was purchased for specific services may be used towards a different service than specified, however, it cannot be redeemed as cash. Any raffle or charity auction certificate must be used towards the designated treatment.

Gratuities

Your treatment fees do not include gratuity. Our therapists work hard to give you the best spa experience possible. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is very much appreciated. We suggest 20% of the full price of the service provided.

Pregnancy or Medical Conditions

Women who are pregnant and guests with medical conditions are advised to consult with their doctors prior to booking any spa services. We encourage you to inform your therapist or spa technician of any existing medical conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue services for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties. If you are pregnant, massage services are only available beyond the first trimester. We ask that you specify how far along you are when booking so we can have the proper prenatal cushions set up for you.

Personal Belongings

If possible, leave your jewelry and valuables at home as they are asked to be removed for some treatments. However, if you do have any valuables, please be mindful of not leaving them in the treatment rooms or spa robes. Fahrenheit Body Spas is not responsible for lost or stolen items, however, we will do our best to find and store your personal belongings that have been left behind until you can pick them up.
